When components are discontinued or no longer available, DRUMAG develops tailor-made replacement solutions. Based on any remaining components, samples, drawings or technical documentation, we analyse the requirements and produce a technically suitable replacement.
In doing so, existing designs can be specifically further developed and brought up to the current state of the art. Modern materials, optimised sealing concepts, high-performance surface coatings and design improvements make it possible to specifically enhance the performance, reliability and service life of the components.
By taking existing dimensions, interfaces and connections into account, the replacement solutions can in many cases be integrated into existing systems without the need for major modifications. This helps to avoid retrofitting work, reduce downtime and extend the service life of existing machinery and systems.
