Rotary actuators are used wherever components need to be reliably positioned, moved or aligned – for example, in mechanical engineering, automation technology, conveyor technology and also in specialised machinery.

One of our custom-manufactured rotary actuators is used, for example, in oil and gas production systems on offshore drilling platforms. All aluminium components are hard-coated to make the actuator seawater-resistant. The actuator is supplied in an explosion-proof design; all parts are electrically connected to prevent electrostatic charging. The actuator can be adjusted manually using a hand crank to set the angle of rotation.
