Hydropneumatic oscillating cylinder to reduce wear in textile machines
The threads are fed via deflection rollers during the production of woven fabrics. The deflection roller moves in an oscillating motion in order to reduce wear on these rollers caused by the thread running at high speed. This task is done by a hydropneumatic cylinder with a finely adjustable speed. Adjustable limit switches allow both the stroke and the working range of the cylinder to be adjusted. The stroke control value is mounted directly on the cylinder.
