Hydropneumatic oscillating cylinder for moving scrapers in paper machines
Scrapers on the rollers of a paper machine remove excess paper pulp from the roller. To prevent deposits on the roller, the scraper moves periodically with a stroke of 20 mm. This is done with a hydropneumatic cylinder that allows the speed to be finely adjusted. A changeover valve that reacts to pressure changes in the end position generates the return stroke.
