The correct positioning of the grinding wheel is achieved using the drive’s rotary module. It is independent of the stroke movement that enables the grinding wheel to feed. The limitation of the angle of rotation can be set for certain angles using a detent system. Integrated magnetic contacts enable reliable control of the system. The end positions of the lifting and turning movements are damped. For optimum sanding results, the drive is carried out via torque ball guides, which guarantee absolute freedom from play.
